SHIPPING 

International shipping is not available...sorry! We have 2 different methods of postage within Australia (depending on the weight of your order).

Small Parcels (flat rate $9)
  • <2kg
  • Shipping provider: Couriers Please/Fastway Couriers  
  • PO boxes accepted and will be sent via Australia Post
  • Tracking provided and will be emailed to you once your parcel is on it's way! 
  • Authority to leave default 
  • Shipping time: Approx. 1-6 business days  
Large Parcels (flat rate $16)
  • >2kg
  • Shipping provider: Couriers Please/Fastway Couriers 
  • Tracking provided and will be emailed to you once your parcel is on it's way!
  • Signature on delivery required. If you'd rather the package to be left, you must tell us within 24hrs your purchase. 
  • Delivery to PO Boxes not accepted
  • Shipping time: Approx. 2-14 business days

RETURNS 

Please choose carefully as we don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. In accordance with Australian consumer law, if there is a fault with our product please contact us within 7 days of item being received and we will replace your item, however, the original item will need to be returned to us at your own expense (some exceptions apply).
